Better Protection and More Power
Champion® Racing XP motor oil, with 2 times the Zinc (ZDDP) of other synthetic oils, provides premium anti-wear protection in heavily loaded racing engines with flat tappet cam followers operating at high RPMs and requiring high-pressure (stiff) valve springs. Champion® Racing XP synthetic blend motor oil's tough film strength not only protects engines better than other racing oils, but is proven to provide more horsepower and torque in Dynamometer testing.
What function do these additives perform?
Molybdenum phosphorus agents are used in friction reduction acting as extreme-pressure additives for primary anti-wear protection between moving parts. Zinc dithio organophosphates (more phosphorus) enhance this protection. These agents also provide anti-corrosion, detergency and antioxidant properties for neutralizing acids. Sulfonated calcium and calcium phenates are primarily detergent / dispersant aids, acid neutralizers and can act as secondary anti-wear additives for additional protection.

Champion Racing XP 75W-90 Synthetic Gear Lubricant
Part # 4312H
Champion Racing XP 75W-90 Gear provides superior performance in manual transmissions and conventional or limited slip, competition racing and other severe duty applications. Proprietary oxidation inhibited extreme pressure additives provide superior high temperature lubrication under demanding conditions. This chemistry demonstrates excellent lubricant film strength between spur, helical and spiral bevel gears. Champion Racing XP succeeds where other gear lubricants fail because of the iron sulfide barrier coating that it imparts on metal surfaces that effectively prevents micro-welding caused by heat and friction.

Champion Power Shield XP Engine Assembly Lube & Oil Booster delivers two products in one. Power Shield XP is specially formulated to provide a critical lubricating film barrier necessary for proper engine component assembly, and can also be used as an oil supplement for race engines that require higher treat rates of anti-wear, lubricity, and friction reducing additives including zinc-thiophosphates, sulfonates, and phenates, not found in motor oil alone.
