Our quality management system is an ongoing change process, which is designed to meet the requirements of our customers and promote continual improvement. All employees have ownership and responsibility for the performance of our processes and the continued high level of customer satisfaction.

On September 13, 2007 Champion Brands, LLC achieved certification renewal to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard. The ISO 9001:2000 is renewed every 3 years through a recertification audit. As in 2004, the renewal audit was conducted by KEMA Registered Quality.
